Businesses choose a Vista web site to: Replace their existing site in order to gain extra functionality, greater flexibility and the ability to manage their site themselves, or Set up an online presence for the first time, or Add an online store to their existing site to enable them to sell on the internet. When you choose Vista the general procedure is: bSYSTEMS will discuss your website requirements with you. (If you want to copy the style and content of your existing site, bSYSTEMS will try to get as close as possible to the look you require.) You then choose a custom design package to suit your requirements (see below for details of the custom packages available and their prices) bSYSTEMS will tailor a package for you if you want something other than the existing custom design packages. We will send you a workbook (either on-line or on paper - whichever you prefer) for you to complete. You will be asked to provide information that you would like to see on your 'HOME', 'ABOUT US' and 'CONTACT US' pages and any other pages you require. Information such as your company name, address, overview of the services you provide, any images you would like, company background, details of your team etc. When bSYSTEMS receives your completed workbook we will set up your website within a few days. bSYSTEMS will notify you when your site is live on the web. You look at your site bSYSTEMS will arrange to meet you for a site design review to discuss any style, colour, layout, wording or editing changes you require. Having made any agreed changes and after your final site approval, bSYSTEMS will then train you how to manage your site. You then have the power to make any changes you want to your own site - or - if you wish to upgrade to another of our custom design packages we will help you to upgrade.

Monthly Running Costs In addition to the set up cost, there is also a monthly running cost which includes hosting the site, email, access to the Vista management console which allows you to maintain and develop your site and an email support service.
