Vista Training

With Vista you manage and maintain your site from one central location. Within each web site is a powerful Management Console where you will have complete control over every aspect of the site and will easily be able to manage your business online. You need no technical experience, HTML development skills, or knowledge of any other programming language. (Experience of Microsoft Word and Windows would be helpful.) bSYSTEMS will set up you website and then hand it over to you to control. We will, of course, be there to help and support you for as long as you need us. Whichever custom design package you choose (or if you have a tailored site built for you), bSYSTEMS provides an initial training course included in the set up fee. Further training can be purchased at any time. The course is presented online using a conferencing software tool e.g. Placeware. It may be possible to come to you and use your business PC with your team present, if required.

Support If you have opted for the Basic Site Startup, eBusiness Essentials, eBusiness Pro or Bolt-on Store packages, you will receive unlimited email support for the first month. With the eCommerce Essentials and eCommerce Pro Packages you will receive unlimited email support for the first 2 months. This means that whenever you experience a problem or just need some help making a change to your site you can email bSYSTEMS for support. We will acknowledge receipt of your email and if we can help at that point we will. If the problem is more complex we will let you know our estimated response time and we'll solve the problem as soon as possible. If a bug fix or product enhancement is required we will pursue the problem with the software developers and will keep you informed of progress at all times.

Help Vista has an excellent online HELP facility. By clicking the Help icon on each administration page you get step-by-step directions for every task associated with your Web site. There is also an online Professor with 'Assist Me' and 'Tutorial' functions giving you guided help. You will also be provided with an extensive Management Console Manual.
